FOOD PAIRING
This wine pairs perfectly with curried Cape Malay dishes, bobotie, Sushi, venison and game loins done on the braai/BBQ with wild mushrooms. Roasted meats and vegetables topped with flavourful sauces such as teriyaki and plum sauce. This is how Pinotage was meant to be, purely South African at its best.
